Do NOT ATTEND CHURCH EXPECTING FAVORS FROM OTHERS.

It’s concerning how some people are turning churches into places of gossip and idle talk.

We should be mindful of what we say about others, especially in the house of God. Criticism and negative talk can discourage others from taking their faith and worship seriously.

Sadly, some people have stopped attending church because they felt neglected by fellow members—perhaps they were sick, and no one visited or checked on them.

Brethren, do not let anyone discourage you from going to church and worshiping God. Remember, if no one talks about you, it may mean you’re not making progress.

Also, do not attend church expecting favors from others. Let your focus be on worshiping and serving God wholeheartedly.
